Inspired by the overwhelming success of the Commercial UV Bio-Wall, the QUATTRO is designed as a Light Commercial / Residential In-Duct UV Air Purifier. The QUATTRO-GX-REM will treat the entire duct at one time, destroying up to 99.99% of the biological and chemical contaminants in the air-stream (Percentage of biological destruction will depend on: size of duct; velocity of the air where the QUATTRO-GX-REM is installed; contaminants to be destroyed; percentage of outside make-up air.) QUATTRO-GX-REM allows the lamp array to be mounted independantly of the ballast and control unit. The UV lamp array is supplied complete with its own mounting struts to enable it to be mounted in the ducting, whilst the balast and control unit is seperate and the included wiring allows it to be mounted up to 3 m from the UV lamp array.

The Quattro-GX-REM includes three (3) 457 mm High-Intensity Pure Fused Quartz UVC Germicidal Lamps and one (1) 457 mm High-Intensity Pure Fused Quartz UVC / UVV Lamp, which are attached to four (4) Anodized Aluminium Parabolic Reflectors and are mounted parallel to the air-stream. Adjustable clutch mechanism allows the Lamps and Reflectors to be extended up to 381 mm from the duct wall so the assembly can be positioned in the center of the duct-work, creating a wall of Germicidal UV energy up to 609 mm deep. There are no air purifiers on the market that can match the power, intensity and dwell time that the UV Bio-Wall series can deliver.
